Therapies incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) elements, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, anger management, life skills training, individual therapy, group counseling, and family therapy. Specialized services support pregnant/postpartum women, justice-involved individuals, and those with co-occurring disorders.

The Rock Hill location features professional counseling rooms, group therapy spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere with flexible scheduling (morning, afternoon, and evening sessions) to accommodate work, school, and family life.
