The Greenville location serves as the headquarters and primary hub, housing several key recovery programs focused on long-term addiction treatment. The Overcomers Program is a flagship, long-term residential recovery initiative for adult men and women battling alcohol, drugs, and other addictions. It integrates biblical teaching, daily devotionals, prayer, chapel services, and church attendance with evidence-based elements such as individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, life skills training, anger management, and peer mentoring. Miracle Hill also operates specialized programs at the Greenville site, including men’s and women’s recovery homes, emergency shelter, and transitional housing.
