Rockland Recovery

Rockland Recovery supports both men and women dealing with substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health issues. They offer a mix of co-ed and gender-specific programs, including day treatment, daytime and evening intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and sober living options across several gender-specific homes. A separate residence is also available for individuals participating in day treatment. Comprehensive, Evidence-Based Care Their approach combines the 12-Step model with evidence-based therapies and holistic practices to create a well-rounded treatment experience. Clients also benefit from a family program held every other week, welcoming loved ones to be part of the recovery journey. Therapists at Rockland Recovery use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) alongside 12-Step principles, holistic services, and alternative treatment methods. Flexible Levels of Care The day treatment program typically runs up to 6 hours per day, about 6 days a week, while IOP sessions last around 3 hours per day, 3 to 4 days weekly. With both day and evening options, clients can balance treatment with work, school, or family responsibilities. Outside of therapy sessions, clients are allowed access to their phones and laptops. Additional alternative therapies are also available, including ketamine infusions, stellate ganglion blocks, and holistic options like acupuncture, yoga, and meditation.
