It specializes in treating substance use disorders (SUD), including alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and other drugs, often with co-occurring mental health conditions (dual diagnosis) such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or trauma. The Heber City campus primarily serves as a gender-specific residential program for adult men, offering a serene, mountainside setting that promotes healing through nature, adventure-based therapies, and evidence-based clinical care in a supportive, home-like environment.

The facility provides a full continuum of services, starting with medically supervised detox for safe withdrawal management. Residential inpatient treatment emphasizes personalized plans with modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, group and individual counseling, family therapy, 12-Step facilitation, relapse prevention, anger management, and contingency management. A standout feature is the adventure-based experiential therapy, leveraging the location for activities such as hiking, fly fishing, rock climbing, equine therapy, snowshoeing, ice skating, yoga, meditation, and sweat lodges to build resilience, self-discovery, and purpose. Clients benefit from low staff-to-client ratios, gourmet meals, comfortable accommodations, and access to outdoor trails and mountain views that foster clarity and inspiration.

Additional offerings include partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP) (evening or virtual options), transitional living/supportive housing for step-down care, and robust aftercare through the alumni program (Wasatch Warriors), featuring recovery meetings, social events, service outings, and ongoing check-ins. The center also provides co-ed outpatient services and family programming to involve loved ones in the recovery process.
