East-Coast Recovery

East-Coast Recovery offers both residential and outpatient treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Their treatment options include residential care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and partial hospitalization programs (PHP), also known as day treatment. Using a trauma-informed and individualized approach, the team works closely with each client to support lasting sobriety. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available when appropriate, and alumni can continue their recovery through an ongoing aftercare program. Every client begins treatment with a detailed medical evaluation and a review of their health and treatment history. Structured Intensive Outpatient Program In East-Coast Recovery’s Intensive Outpatient Program, clients typically attend therapy sessions three to four days each week. The program incorporates evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, and experiential treatments. Clients also learn practical life skills, including strategies for maintaining employment, improving social and relationship skills, and addressing the root causes of addiction. Experiential activities may include yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, and adventure-based therapy. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) The Partial Hospitalization Program at East-Coast Recovery provides structured care five days a week. Through therapies like CBT and DBT, clients work on managing addiction and underlying mental health concerns while identifying the factors that contributed to substance use. The center also offers educational sessions for clients and their families, helping them better understand addiction, recovery, and how to manage triggers. In addition, on-site Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings are available for individuals participating in residential treatment, IOP, PHP, or aftercare services. Ongoing Support and Accessible Care East-Coast Recovery helps make treatment more accessible by offering transportation services for clients who need assistance getting to the center. Family involvement is encouraged through dedicated family counseling sessions that support both clients and their loved ones. After completing treatment, clients can stay connected through alumni meetings and continued counseling with East-Coast Recovery’s therapists to maintain long-term recovery.
