Located just west of the Twin Cities, Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation’s Plymouth center offers specialized rehabilitation programs for adolescents, teenagers, and young adults struggling with alcohol or drug addiction, as well as support for their families. A multidisciplinary team of addiction counselors, medical staff, and mental health professionals works together to design personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. Comprehensive and Engaging Treatment Programs Clients participating in residential or outpatient programs receive a range of services, including individual counseling, group therapy, educational sessions, and 12-Step facilitation. Young people enrolled in the residential program live in comfortable, gender-specific units and follow a structured daily schedule focused on recovery. The facility also includes amenities such as an on-site gym, indoor basketball court, art studio, music room, and welcoming common areas that help create a positive treatment environment. For adolescents and young adults who are still in school, the Plymouth center offers on-site educational support in coordination with their home schools. The outpatient program combines intensive therapy with sober-living opportunities, allowing clients to stay on campus in a safe and supportive setting.
