Multiple Levels of Structured Care PIW offers various levels of care tailored to each patient’s needs. Inpatient programs are available for adolescents ages 10–17 and adults 18 and older, providing short-term stabilization and intensive treatment during mental health crises. The institute also operates a Day Center program that delivers structured, therapeutic support for individuals managing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other behavioral health challenges. Specialized Addiction and Dual Diagnosis Services In addition to psychiatric care, PIW provides inpatient medical detoxification for individuals struggling with drug or alcohol dependence. After detox, patients can transition into continued rehabilitation services through inpatient or outpatient programs, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
