A Mission Inspired by Personal Experience Rose Hill Center was created from a deeply personal encounter with mental illness and a commitment to helping others recover. After witnessing a family member benefit from structured and compassionate care, the founders established a residential treatment program focused on empathy and evidence-based practices. Located on 400 private acres in Michigan, Rose Hill provides a calm and restorative setting that supports long-term mental health recovery. Promote Stability Through Comprehensive Clinical Care Rose Hill serves adults living with chronic and co-occurring mental health conditions. Their clinical team supports individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, major depressive disorder, and autism spectrum disorder. The program focuses on building stability, improving daily functioning, and supporting lasting mental wellness through structured treatment and integrated clinical care. Build Independence and Practical Life Skills Treatment at Rose Hill begins with residential rehabilitation, which includes a detailed 30-day assessment to create an individualized care plan. As clients progress, they transition into services that promote independence, living in on-campus townhomes designed to help develop everyday living skills. After completing the program, graduates can participate in the Community Support Program, which offers continued guidance, housing assistance, and social support to help them adjust to independent living. Support Emotional Growth with Holistic Care Rose Hill combines traditional therapies with experiential approaches to strengthen emotional health and interpersonal skills. Clients participate in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Holistic experiences, including therapeutic animal care, are also incorporated into treatment. Activities such as working on the farm encourage responsibility and connection, while recreational and expressive therapies help clients improve emotional regulation and self-awareness throughout their recovery journey.
