Seven Arrows Recovery

Seven Arrows Recovery provides treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders through a distinctive holistic model. Their approach blends evidence-based practices, spiritual elements, and integrative therapies to promote lasting recovery. Care is trauma-informed and strengths-based, with programs tailored to each client’s personal goals and growth. For added convenience, they also offer airport transportation to and from the facility. Dual-Diagnosis Treatment Grounded in Evidence Seven Arrows Recovery addresses both addiction and underlying mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders. Their clinical team uses proven therapeutic methods to treat these challenges simultaneously, supporting comprehensive healing. Treatment options include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodrama, art therapy, EMDR, narrative exposure therapy, equine-assisted learning, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based interventions. Individualized and Well-Rounded Programming Each client is paired with a dedicated therapist for the duration of their stay and participates in individual sessions once or twice weekly. The daily schedule includes four hours of group therapy along with two hours of complementary therapies. A key feature of the program is equine-assisted learning, where clients are partnered with one of the center’s 30 horses during treatment. Additional holistic offerings include trauma-informed yoga, gardening, fitness activities, stargazing, community outings, and traditional sweat lodge ceremonies. Indigenous healing practices, cultural traditions, and spiritual elements are thoughtfully integrated into the program. Ongoing Support for Clients and Families Family involvement is encouraged, with visiting hours available on Sundays from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Clients may use their phones for 30 minutes each evening and can make necessary business calls. For those who require detox before entering residential care, the team can assist with arrangements. After completing the program, clients are connected with outpatient services and continued support. Weekly alumni meetings, on-site 12-Step gatherings, and special alumni events throughout the year help maintain long-term connection and recovery.
