Tranquil Shores is an alcohol and drug rehab center located in Tampa, Florida that offers addiction treatment to men and women seeking recovery. They offer residential treatment services and detoxification services to men and women seeking recovery. They also provide specialized tracts to assist medical professionals, artists and musicians, executives, military personnel, athletes, and those who are contending with dual diagnosis or trauma.

Clients will participate in clinical therapy and holistic therapy. Alternative therapies such as Kai Chi Do, meditation, yoga, Qigong, acupuncture, and drum therapy are available. Experiential therapies are also provided. Clients will work closely with a mental health counselor to address the underlying reasons for their addiction while cultivating new skills. Communication skills, basic life skills, recovery skills, anger management skills, and stress management skills are provided. Tranquil Shores also offers 12 Step programming.
